About Me
I have over 10 years experience working in community and inpatient settings in the NHS and community settings in the Local Authority.
I have significant experience in the assessment, formulation, and treatment of a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and trauma.
I also have worked with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism, and I am trained at administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2).
As part of my practice, I also offered individual and group work, as well as providing supervision, consultation and training to professionals.
