I offer talking therapy to children, young people and adults face to face and online. I work closely with individuals to assess and formulate their difficulties in a holistic and non-judgmental approach.


Following an assessment, I collaborate with the individual to devise a care plan that aims to support them to achieve their agreed upon goals. 


I use an integrative approach that draws on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) and systemic approaches.

Talking Therapy



Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place once a week at the same time and day of the week. 

Together, we decide on the focus of these sessions and how many sessions you may need.
